Many new units are added to our rental program after brochure is printed. Please call for details, rates, and availability. If guest chooses to rent a unit by phone instead of viewing the property, Condo Realty, Inc. will not be held responsible if guest is unhappy with his or her choice.

Rented from Saturday to Saturday. Every property is privately owned and reflects each owner's personal tastes. Please remember you are renting someone's home. Give it the same consideration you would give your own. If there is a problem with the unit, call us at the start of your week so we can try to have the problem fixed as soon as possible.
Reservations, Deposits and Processing Fee:
We can book your reservations immediately. Just call our toll-free line 1-800-395-0988 today. You can also look at the units you're interested in on any Saturday or Sunday from January through April and beginning in May between the hours of 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
When you have made your reservation by phone, you can send the 1/2 deposit by check or money order to: Condo Realty, Inc., 7802 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, MD 21842. If sending a personal check, the office must receive it at least 30 days prior to your arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: When paying by check or money order, once you make your reservation by phone, we will mail a Lodging Agreement to the address you have given us. This agreement will cover the details and cost breakdown for the unit you have reserved. The Lodging Agreement (white copy) must be signed by you and returned to us with your 1/2 deposit money within 10 days from the day you reserved the unit. Please keep the yellow copy of the Agreement for your file. If this is not received within the 10 day grace period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please be aware that deposits for parking passes and/or pool keys may be required at check-in.
Fifteen percent of the full rate amount will be charged for cancellations. If the unit is not re-rented for the full rate amount of money, the entire deposit is forfeited.
All unit owners require a security / damage deposit. For anyone charged such a deposit, said deposit will be returned to the guest within 1-2 weeks by check after they vacate the property if no damage has been done to said property.
All rentals are subject to 10.5% tax (6% Maryland Sales Tax and 4.5% County Room Tax).
The balance due must be paid in full 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR ARRIVAL. We will accept a personal check, cashier's check, certified check or money order. NO CASH IS ACCEPTED.
You may check in on Saturday AFTER 3 p.m. and before 5 p.m. Please make arrangements with the office if you will be arriving later than 5 p.m. Inorder to allow us time to have the unit properly cleaned and ready for you, please do not request early occupancy. Your unit may not be cleaned until 5 p.m. No early check-ins will be allowed.
Please check out PROMPTLY AT 10 A.M. so the property can be readied for the next guest.
Please leave the unit as you found it with the furniture arranged the same way, no food in the refrigerator, windows and doors locked, beds made and dishes cleaned and put away. We cannot be responsible for any items left in the unit.
Tenants are responsible for the property until all keys, pool tags and parking permits have been returned to the rental office. We reserve the right to charge the guest one extra day's lodging if keys are turned in later than 10:30 a.m. Your security / damage deposit will be mailed to you within two weeks after departure, per your Lodging Agreement, after we have inspected the unit and found it in satisfactory condition.
Pets are not allowed in any unit. This will be cause for immediate eviction with no refund.
Fire Ordinance: No grills are allowed in any multiple dwelling unit building or on decks, balconies, etc.
All units have cable hook-up for TV. When a television is provided, it is at the courtesy of the owner. Repairs or replacement cannot be guaranteed during your week.
You will need parking passes at most condos in Ocean City. Some buildings require a parking fee to be paid; you are required to pay any parking or usage fees. Please be advised if you have a special conversion van, you may not be able to park it in some of the parking garages. Therefore, it will be your responsibility to find parking for this particular type of van.
Boat trailers are not permitted at the condos; you will have to contact a marina for storage.

Please be sure to bring your own personal towels, linens and paper items. The bed sizes are listed on the Lodging Agreement along with the unit phone number, if applicable. Linens can be rented. Call PMI Rentals: 410-250-1251, or OC Sunset Linens: 443-944-2496.
Most pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The opening and closing of said pools vary at the building's discretion. Periodically, pools are closed for maintenance without notice. We have no control over this situation and can offer no refund of any kind.
The guest signing the Lodging Agreement for the unit is financially responsible for any damage to the property, whether made by himself, his family or his guests.
* Group rentals may be charged additional security deposit.
Please take care of the rental unit as if it were your own. The return of your damage deposit depends upon how you take care of the unit.
We ask that tenants do not smoke in specified properties that state non-smoking, but we can not guarantee that this rule is being followed.
